COVID-19 Updates

Sometimes we all need a little R&R&R (Rest, Relaxation, and REASSURANCE!)

As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and team members remains our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:
  • Our hotel teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobbies, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.) and have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.
  • We will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations.
  • We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers.
  • Staff members who engage with guests will be wearing masks. You are encouraged to wear masks in public areas where social distancing cannot be practiced.

To provide you the rest and relaxation you expect, with the reassurance you deserve, we have made the following changes to our housekeeping procedures:
  • Stay-over cleaning services are now being offered every third day of your stay to limit contact.
  • Towel replenishment and trash removal will be available daily between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Hang your "service please" sign on the exterior of your door. Please leave your soiled towels to be replaced on the bathroom floor.
  • Check-in will now begin at 4:00 pm. As always, if you arrive early and your room is ready, you are welcome to enter it. If it is not ready, we will give you your parking permit, restroom, changing area and beach amenities while you wait.
  • Check-out is still 11 a.m. Due to the revamped cleaning process no late checks will be available this season. You are welcome to stay parked on premise and use the pool, or visit our restaurant, but guests must leave their room by 11 a.m.
