• La Mer Beachfront Inn is a Smoke-Free Facility.
• Check In time is at 3PM. Check Out time is at 11AM.
• Rates are based on Occupancy of 2. Extra person charge varies with season.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• Minimum night stay may apply.
• Parking is complimentary. Guest must display permit when parked on property.
• We guarantee room types. Only on request and if available do we guarantee specific units.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

• Rates are not quoted with tax
• Rates are subject to change at anytime without notice. Rates are guaranteed with deposit.
• Full payment is due upon arrival. Cash, traveler’s check, and all major credit cards are accepted at time of arrival. Sorry, no checks.
• A One Nights deposit is required, at the time of reservation, in order to reserve accommodations.
• Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival results in refund of Deposit less 25% cancellation surcharge.
• Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date results in 100% forfeiture of deposit.
• Reservations cannot be moved or transferred to another date.
• No refunds will be given for early departures or late arrivals
