We are currently accepting resumes for the following positions:

FD Clerk: Duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting guests upon arrival, performing check-in and check-out procedures, booking reservations over the phone and assisting guests with questions regarding area shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions.Qualified applicants must possess: good communication skills, both verbal and written; basic computer knowledge and customer service skills. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Previous customer service experience is a must. This is a Full-time, seasonal position; all shifts available; weekends required. 

Maintenance Lead: This is a working-lead position. The Lead will assist the Director of Engineering with the management and oversight of the maintenance of the entire hotel facility, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Will assist in assigning tasks to techs, maintaining inventory, verifying the completion of maintenance tasks, assist in the scheduling and timekeeping of all techs, provide feedback on job performance, and work with vendors. Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and moderate-to-advanced knowledge in all trades including: electrical, plumbing, heating and HVAC systems. Trade school attendance or specific training in building maintenance is preferred. Must have a minimum ten (10) years of on-the-job experience and/or hold a valid certification or license in plumbing, electric or HVAC in combination with previous job experience. Must have the ability to positively communicate and instruct employees and offer training and guidance to entry-level employees. Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis, frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. This is a Full-time, year-round position; 48(+) hours a week; weekends included. Competitive salary and benefits. 

Maintenance Tech: Qualified applicants must have a minimum of two years on-the-job experience performing minor electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and furniture and fixture repairs. Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds. The maintenance tech will work under the direction of the Director of Maintenance and or lead tech to perform general repairs and preventative maintenance of any and all equipment/hotel rooms and public areas. This is a full-time, year-round position with required overtime.

Beach Attendant: The main responsibility of a beach attendant is to provide and set up for our guests complimentary chairs, towels and umbrellas. Must be able to lift 50 lbs continuously. Excellent customer service skills are a must! This is a full-time, seasonal position; weekends required.
